The dissertation is developed to science basing of methodological and methodic approaching to the making active the innovation – investment processes on pharmaceutical manufacture by means of introduction the modern financial – economical mechanisms and constructions of multi-channel and multi-level system of its financial providing. There has been offered the innovation model of manufacture development with taking into consideration of pharmaceutical branch specific character, based its main descriptions and the principles of creation. There has been cultivated the organization bases of introductions of strategic financial management at the CFE. There has been offered the model of creation of pharmaceutical IFG in the Ukraine. There has been proved the necessity of system approaching to the evaluation of innovation-investment activity at the CFE effectiveness. There has been offered to use indicator of innovation – investment development for that purposes, cultivated the methodieс of its measurement. There has been based the conception of investment management under conditions of pharmaceutical manufacture, has been cultivated the branch methodics of evaluation of innovation – investment projects. Then has been cultivated the science-practice approaching to management of proper financial resources at the CFE under conditions of its innovation – investment development. There has been based and cultivated in theory the methodical recommendation for introduction of optimal model of management of CFE proper assets.
