The dissertation substantiates scientifically a decision of an actual problem — a construction of the state System for Professional Psychophysiological Selection of Workers engaged in higher dangerous works (SPPSW) in Ukraine. For the first time it is established, that for effective professional work the worker should have such Complex of Psychophysiological Qualities Interconnected Harmoniously (CPQIH) which provides rigidly enough a conformity of his opportunities and requirements of the labour environment. The complexes of professionally important qualities are revealed and the deciding rules for Professional Psychophysiological Selection (PPS) of experts in 9 professions are constructed. Main principles of PPS are formulated, the normative-legal and structurally-functional bases of SPPSW are developed. The conceptual model of the System of psychophysiological measures for military professions of Ukrainian Armed Forces is developed.
