Construction analysis, operating descriptions and results of previous heating systems researches and salon ventilation (HSASV) of cars exposed the substantial shortages in cars HSASV ZAZ and defined basic directions of theoretical and experimental researches by way rise of her technic-economic indexes.
As result of seen out theoretical researches is worked up a mathematical HSASV work model, in which a routine considered of unstationary salon heating and heating system work with recirculation of air. Is analysed HSASV ventilator work near motion of car and established following: pressures overfall on going out and entrance in system, which arises near motion of car always matters negative and behaves to net description, and not ventilator. Therefore action of running into stream brings to lowering net descriptions over on proper size, which depends on car speed.
Are seen out experimental researches serial car HSASV ZAZ, the results of which added to and specified theoretical researches and permitted to work up experienced salon heater with replacement of serial diametral ventilator on centrifugal type Ц14-46м and by application of air recirculation in heating routine. A experienced heater got through the stand and operating trials on car, are got the positive results.
Worked practical recommendations along HSASV improvement of cars diminishes heater radiator mass on 26%. The job perfomance handed on “Zlit " (ZAZ. Near their use go down the power expenditures on HSASV ventilator drive on 40 – 55%, increases air expense in system on 30%, heater works-manufacturer ) and “АvtoZAZ" and down accepted to inculcation.
