The dissertation work is devoted to the substantiation transmission of the small-sized machine unit for farms.
In the introduction the theme urgency is substantiated the research purpose and problems are formulated. Work general characteristic is given.
In the first section the analysis of mechanization existing means with farm instruments train for farms is set. The decision on SSM draft-dynamic and operation indices improvement is defined.
In the second section calculation scheme of SSM power and kinematical parameters is developed to minimize fuel expenditure, increase dynamic parameters, apply power unit and transmission characteristics more completely.
The theoretical research of the machine unit dynamic models as movement equations for driving and driven systems are analyzed. The equation of capacity losses in automatic V-belt variator at SSM momentum till set movement is obtained.
The experiments on operation concordation of the "engine – transmission" system, its responding to operation varied conditions have enabled to given system operating efficiency.
Application expediency of SSM with automatic V-belt variator is proved with economic calculations.
The calculation of SSM with automatic step less transmission is developed.
