Study of marriage records for 1960, 1985 and 1992-95 years in urban populations of eastern Ukraine (Kharkov, Donetzk and Poltava) has shown genetic and demographic dynamics change in nineties. It has been displayed outbreeding component increasing (national diversity, international marriages percentage, migration and marriage distances increasing) from 1960 to 1985 and inbreeding component increasing (migration coefficient, ethnic diversity, marriage distance decreasing, mononational marriages increasing, tendency to monoethnicity). Urban populations of eastern Ukraine are coming to panmixya state by nationality and birthplace, and remaining reproductionally subdivided by social and professional characters (education and profession).
