Postrygach N.O. Influence of nonlethal doses of ionizing radiation and Spirulina on biochemical and ultrastructural parameters of a state of spermatozoons and organs of a regulation of a spermatogenesis of rats. - Manuscript.
The dissertation for seeking of the scientific degree of Candidate of biological sciences by the speciality 03.00.01 - radibiology. - National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. – Kyiv. – 2002.
The dissertation is devoted to research of features modification influence of Spirulina on the morphofunctional state of spermatozoons and organs of a regulation of a spermatogenesis after combined influence of an external ionizing irradiation and stress. The comparative analysis of bioeffects of the separate and combined influence of the total γ-irradiation, of an immobizating stress and action on these models Spirulina is carried out. The application of Spirulina normalizes the contents of an epinephrine, concentration of the Corticosteronum; activity of an enzymes hepatobiliar systems, reduces intensity of POL, stabilizes protein metabolism in serum of blood of researched animals. On the data of submicroscopical researches of spermaries, Spirulina has expressed protective influence on the morphofunctional state of spermatozoons and organs of a regulation of the spermatogenesis under conditions of the prolonged combined influence of the total γ-irradiating and other stress-agent of a nonradiating nature offered. It is represented very important for a regulation of man’s sexual system, in particular to its generative function.
Key words: total gamma-irradiation, immobilizating stress, combined influence, POL, spermaries, spermatogenesis, drugs of Spirulina.
