The dissertation highlights theoretic-methodological and applied provisions of regulating regional labor markets of Ukraine in “over employed” regions.
The experience of reforming the economy of Ukraine testifies about the necessity of attaching more attention to the labor market both in theoretic and in practical plane. The first step at this should be theoretical understanding of labor market problems, in particular it’s place among other types of markets, economic essence and basic economic models etc.
The theoretic and methodological provisions of researching social processes on the labor market, taking place under influence of economic transitions; described the methodic approaches to evaluation of social and economic activity of activities ensuring competitiveness of unemployed population; examined the research provision of ensuring the structural rebuilding of Ukraine’s economy in the context of ensuring structural rebuilding of Ukraine’s economy in the context of providing the national interests; outlined the strategic directions of ensuring social priorities of the labor market in conditions of structural modernization of economy. On the basis of scientific analysis of contemporary practices of regulating national labor market the ways are suggested to improve the mechanism of protection of economically active population in “over employed” districts.
