The thesis is devoted to the construction of the two-dimensional signal functional transformation information technologies that are using minimax non-linear approximation, one- and two-dimensional digital-frequency functional transformers. The information technologies of the signal functional transformation by the two-dimensional minimax approximation by the polinomials and their functions, such as exponent, power and logarithm. The method of digital-frequency functional transformers of the one- and two-dimensional signal design are proposed. It gives the possibility to formalize the conversion from the given functional expression to the digital-frequency transformer structure. The algorithms and software are designed for the operation quality evaluation of the developed signal non-linear functional transformers. The thesis basic results are implemented for the construction of the non-linear digital approximation devices.
