Thesis is devoted to problems of improvement of prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic of fetal obstructive uropathies and analysis of their influencing on fetal pot-life for the reasonable selection of most rational management prenatal and postnatal periods. The risk factors of development of fetal obstructive uropathies had been detected, and disturbance of fetal condition at their development had been determined too. The prenatal ultrasound criteria of an estimation of a degree of gravity obstructive uropathies had been designed depending on duration of gestation and level of a lesion. The basic versions of flow of fetal obstructive uropathies had been established, they could be distributed on transient and pathological dilatation of the upper urinary tract. The new diagnostic criterion “a pelviorenal index” had been offered. It is the fullest reflecting dynamic of changes, which one descend in damaged renals. The management of the pregnant women with obstructive uropathies of the upper urinary tract of a fetus with allowance for duration of gestation, fetal condition and outcomes in postnatal period had been designed.
