The subject of the research was the increasing of effectiveness of diagnostics inflammatory process and substantiation of possibility and expediency of the usage NSAID during conservative and postoperative treatment in women with diseases of uterine appendages.
A high diagnostic sensitivity of interleukins was revealed and advantages of their identification in comparison to traditional markers of inflammation. It was determined that interleukin-6 and tumornecrotic factor are high informative markers of early diagnostics of inflammatory process of uterine appendages under the condition of absence of clear clinic manifestation of the inflammation.
For the first time, the new schemes of treatment of inflammatory processes of uterine appendages were substantiated and practised with the usage of inhibitors cyclooxygenasa-1 diclofenac natrium and cyclooxygenasa-2 nimesulid, and during postoperative period in gynecologic patients under the condition of complications of these disease, combination of diclofenac natrium with central analgetics was used. During the experiment and in the patients the mechanisms of interaction of diclofenac natrium and central analgetics were revealed, which contained the summation of analgetic effect of the drugs, inhibation of the reaction of demetiliration, elimination delay of medicines made of blood plasm.
