Thesis is devoted to the problem of frequency drop of obstetric complications and placental insufficiency of pregnant with uterine leyomiomas.
In the work there are given data about pregnancy and delivery course, state of fetalplacental complex and neuro-endocrine adaptation. These women are shown to have haemodynamics disorders in the system mother-placenta-fetus which lead to placental insufficiency forming, fetal hypoxia and growth retardation.
The scientific ground and efficiency of management complex for pregnant patients with uterine leyomiomas, which consists of psycho-emotional disorders correction, improvement of haemodynamics and support of compensational processes in the system mother-placenta-fetus.
