The thesis are devoted to the determination of prognostic significance of neuroendocrine disorders attached to polycystic ovary syndrome, which is accompanied with infertility, in the outbreak of osteopenia and osteoporosis, the importance of diagnosis technologies, primarily peripheral densitometry for pre-clinic diagnosing of systemic osteoporosis and mammographia for prophylaxis of mammary gland pathology.
On the basis of mathematical model there were determined clinical predictors of the effectiveness of hormonal and other ways of treatment at first signs of osteoporosis in patients with endocrine infertility, especially taking into account premorbid background and earlier conducted therapy.
In the thesis there were worked out differentiated objectives for timely prophylaxis and pharmacological correction of osteoporosis in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of adrenal genesis and functional hyperprolactinemia, using calcium and vitamin D drugs, systemic enzymotherapy, phytoestrogens, well-balanced diet, motor activity regimen.
