The thesis is devoted to questions of advancing diagnostics and treatment of peptic ulcer, chronic non-atrophic and atrophic gastritis. The results of the work make wider and deeper knowledge concerning the peculiarities of clinical, endoscopic, morphologic and functional signs in these patients as well as the frequency of Нelicobacter (H.) pylori infection. There were determined the peculiarities of regeneration of acid production level and cell contents of glandular apparatus of mucosa in fundal part of stomach in patients with peptic ulcer after effective eradication of H.pylori. There were shown stronger effect of decreasing acid production in proton pump inhibitors (PPI) pantoprazole and rabeprazole natrii in comparison with H2-histamine receptors blocker famotidin. There was established the different direction of changes in parietal cells ultrastructure on the background of using H2-histamine receptors blocker famotidin and PPI pantoprazole and rabeprazole natrii as well as the absence of difference in changes of parietal cells ultrastructure in case of using drugs from PPI group. The possibility to use spectrophotometry for the observation of morpho-functional state of gastroduodenal zone mucosa was justified that showed the prospect of using this method in diagnostics of gastric and duodenal diseases.
