SUMMARY
Lysachenko O.D. Changes of the myocardium atrium structure in physical exertions and in the recovering period. A manuscript.
A thesis in search for the scientific degree of a Candidate of biological sciences on the specialty 14.03.09 – Histology, сytology and embryology (biological sciences). – National medical university named after A.A. Bogomolets, MPH of Ukraine.- Kyiv, 2002.
In the thesis there where studied morphofunctional peculiarities of the left atrium myocardium of the rats in adaptation of the animals to the increased no longevity dynamic physical exertions and in the restoration period. There was determined the character and direction of changes of endocrine function of cardiomyocytes of the atria of the experimental animals in different functional conditions of the organism.
In was different that in the process of conducting of physical exertion (L→2000 m), in the myocardium there where determined morphofunctional changes which are characteristic for the development of successive stages of short time adaptation: urgent, firm and emergency. In the early terms of the recovering period t (0–20) h there where observed the structural changes in myocardium components of the left atrium which are characteristic for the following stages: compensation of the oxygen deficiency, postexertion hypoxia, gradual normalization of the morphology of the heart muscle.
Key words: physical exertion, recovering period, adaptation, left atrium, cardiomyocyte, myocardium.
