The thesis is devoted to a problem of improvement of consequences of pregnancy in the women with threatened abortion after pelvic inflammatory diseases in history by perfection of diagnostics and treatment on the basis of the profound study of clinical current of pregnancy, hormonal status and condition of vaginal microbiocenosis.
On the basis of the carried out researches the peculiarities of hormonal status and vaginal microbiocenosis in the pregnant women with threatened abortion which have had in history of pelvic inflammatory diseases are established, depending on presence of menstrual function disorders in result of inflammatory diseases.
The features of clinical current of pregnancy, delivery, puerperal and neonatal periods in this group of the women are established .The scheme of step-by-step examination of the pregnant women with threatened abortion after pelvic inflammatory diseases in history is developed depending on changes of vaginal contents. The complex of therapeutic measures for the women with pelvic inflammatory diseases in history is scientifically proved and introduced which included local and system antibacterial therapy and for pregnant women with menstrual cycle disorders the chorionic gonadotropin is added as a part of complex therapy of threatened pregnancy interruption. All it together has allowed to improve consequences of pregnancy in the women with threatened abortion after pelvic inflammatory diseases in history.
