The text of thesis defended to the results of health state (rate of disease, physical development state of organism s main system), development of physical functions, mental and physical activity, progress in studies of the students attending specialized schools for anomaly children, biology and social factors (prenatal and postnatal anamnesis, children and their families mode of life, organization, medical, physical and pedagogical providing of their studies), which influence its formation and duration; scientifically proved medical, psychological and pedagogical measures for optimization of specialized schools correctional and rehabilitation work for strengthening students somatic and psychological health, social effectiveness of which is investigated.
