ANNOTATION
Satsyk V.O. Selection of species and varieties of perennial grasses and their mixtures are identified providing high productivity of hay-moving on drained dernocarbonate soils of Western Polesye of Ukraine. Manuscript.
Dissertation for the degree of a Candidate of Agricultural Sciences in the speciality 06.01.12 feed production and onion-growing (Institute of Agriculture of UAAS.-Chabany. 2001).
The results of studies are presented on productivity of cereal and legume perennial grasses, their varieties as well and varietal grass mixtures for hay-moving using of sowing cenoses.
Studies have shown that in sowing of one species varietal mixtures of perennial grasses have advantages above anologous crops in which species are presented by one variety.
It is found out that in one species crops orchard-grass and its varieties Oleshka 14, FRKL 1, awnless brome grass Poltavskii 52, Kazarovytskii in the conditions of the Volyn Polissia provide the highest productivity. Among two and three component grass and varietal mixtures of varieties the most crop capacity are in those which consists of medow fescue Veselopodolyanska 1883 and awnless brome grass Kazarovytskii, as that time as between crops of legume grasses of one variety-hybrid clover Daubyai, and among legume-white clover and three varieties of medow fescue, awnless brome grass, white clover.
The difference in the coming haymaking ripeness between early and late ripening varieties of grasses in the first hay cutting is 18-20, in aftergrowthes – 6-30 days.
Including to meadow fescue-awnless brome grass varietal mixtures of varieties of legume components promotes the increase of output of gross and exchangeable energy in 1.6 fold, the increase conventional- net profit by 75% and essentially increases profitableness technology creation of the establish ment of sown meadows, is as well as applying on cereal grass stand 61 kg/ha of mineral nitrogen.
